MESB Berhad Announces the Retirement of Tan Yew Kim as Independent and Non Executive Member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee

MESB Berhad announced the retirement of Mr. Tan Yew Kim, age 64, as Independent and Non Executive Member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, effective from December 6, 2022. The composition of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee is as follows:- Lee Kok Heng (Chairman, Independent Non-Executive Director) and Datuk Wong Sak Kuan (Member, Non-Independent Non-Executive Director).
