Trend Navigator Sdn Bhd agreed to acquire Active Fit Sdn. Bhd. from MESB Berhad (KLSE:MESB) for MYR 10 million on September 22, 2022.

Purchase Consideration shall be fully satisfied by way of cash as well as as internally generated funds and/or bank borrowings. Proposal is subject to Shareholders as well as board approval of MESB Berhad and Trend Navigator Sdn Bhd and from governmental or regulatory body and third party approval. KAF Investment Bank Berhad and Malacca Securities Sdn Bhd acted as financial advisor to KAF Investment Bank Berhad

Its Retailing segment is involved in the trading and retailing of leather products, apparel and accessories. Its retailing segment maintains licensing and distribution agreements with international licensors and partners as well as house brands. The Retailing segment offers a range of apparels and accessories, such as wallets, purses, handbags, backpacks, belts, and sling bags. Its brand portfolio includes Pierre Cardin, Feraud, Giamax, Jeep, Alain Delon, Giossardi, Tocco Toscano, Crocodile, and Ducati. Its Waste recycling segment is involved in waste recycling business, which includes collecting, sorting, recycling and distribution of scrap and waste materials, such as wastepaper, plastic scrap, and scrap ferrous metal. The sorted and recycled materials are distributed to plastic resin and paper manufacturers as well as other large secondhand scrap dealers.
