OneSmart International Education Group Limited announced in connection with the resignation of Ms. Zhizhi Gong as an independent director, as a member of the compensation committee and as the chairperson of the nominating and corporate governance committee of the board of directors (the “Board”) of the Company in late August 2021. In particular, Mr. Xu has been designated as the chairman of the nominating and corporate governance committee of the Board to replace Ms. Gong.
