Meta Financial Group, Inc. announced that, Michael K. Goik, Executive Vice President and Group Head of the Commercial Finance division of MetaBank, National Association (the “Bank”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Meta Financial Group, Inc., notified the Bank of his decision to resign from the Bank effective on or before December 13, 2020. Mr. Goik’s resignation is not due to a dispute or disagreement with the Bank or the Company. Upon the effectiveness of his resignation, Mr. Goik’s duties will be assumed by Brett L. Pharr, Co-President and Chief Operating Officer of the Bank.

The Corporate Services/Other segment includes certain shared services as well as treasury related functions, such as the investment portfolio, warehouse finance, wholesale deposit, and borrowings.
