Metalabs Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A090370) announced a private placement of 5,847,955 common shares at a price of KRW 684 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 4,000,001,220 on June 13, 2017. The company incudes participation of investor W Investment Fund 17-1. The shares will be issued at a premium. The expected payment date of the shares is June 20, 2017. The face value per share is KRW 500. The shares will be issued through third party allotment method. The shares are subject to a lock up period of one year. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of the company.
METALABS CO., LTD., formerly AVISTA INC., is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the casual apparel business.
