Avista Inc. (KOSE:A090370) signed a contract to acquire Nurang Narang from Endless Dream Corporation for KRW 2.7 billion on April 10, 2018. The consideration is payable in three parts, KRW 265 million on contract signing date, KRW 1.1 billion within 7 days from the contract signing and balance KRW 1.3 billion on completion date. Nurang Narang reported sales of KRW 2.8 billion for the year ended December 31, 2017. The Board of Directors of Avista Inc. resolved the deal on April 10, 2018. The deal is expected to close on June 1, 2018. On May 30, 2018, it was announced that deal will close on May 30, 2018. Samyoung Accounting Corporation acted as external rating institution.
