THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2021

The board of directors and all directors of Metallurgical Corporation of China Ltd.* (the "Company") warrant that the contents of this announcement do not contain any misrepresentation, misleading statement or material omission, and accept several and joint responsibilities for the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the contents of this announcement.

The aggregate value of newly-signed contracts of the Company for the first quarter of 2021 amounted to RMB280.57 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 60.7%, among which, engineering and construction contracts amounted to RMB272.55 billion. Among the engineering and construction contracts, 722 contracts are of a single contract value of over RMB50 million, with an aggregate contract value of RMB261.21 billion.
