The board of directors and all directors of Metallurgical Corporation of China Ltd.* (the "Company") warrant that the contents of this announcement do not contain any misrepresentation, misleading statement or material omission, and accept several and joint responsibilities for the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the contents of this announcement.

The value of newly signed contracts of the Company from January to July in 2020 amounted to RMB513.68 billion, representing an increase of 21.5% from the same period of last year, among which, the value of overseas contracts amounted to RMB12.39 billion.
