　　On November 19, Shanghai Baoye Group Corp., Ltd. (Shanghai Baoye) won the bid for the Phase 1-2 Project (EPC) of Qingdao NEVC Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park.

　　The Phase 1-2 Project (EPC) of Qingdao NEVC Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park is located in the north of Chunyang Road, west of 3rd Jinsheng Road and east of Longyou Road in Jihongtan Sub-district, Chengyang District, Qingdao, with a total land area of about 39 mu, a total construction area of 99,821 square meters, an above-ground construction area of about 70,876 square meters and an underground construction area of about 28,945 square meters. It mainly builds production plants, R&D workshops, innovative R&D and service facilities.

　　The Project of NEVC Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park in Chengyang District of Qingdao is the R&D base of the high-speed train (magnetic suspension) in China, and it is also one of the major projects of 'new and old kinetic energy conversion' in Shandong Province. It mainly builds industrial R&D centers and supporting facilities. As an accelerator to promote the transformation of new and old kinetic energy in the region, accelerating the construction of motor train towns is an innovative system of the whole chain from basic research, product development, equipment manufacturing to operation and maintenance in the field of high-speed trains. It has become a 'new business card' for China's high-end equipment to comprehensively enhance China's high-speed train technology innovation capability and global industry competitiveness and promote high-speed train technology innovation.
