A Gold Medalist in MD Pathology from Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai, Dr. Monika has 28 years of experience in Laboratory Medicine. A member of the College of American Pathologists and IAPM, Dr. Monika has presented numerous papers and participated in state, national, and international CMEs and conferences. Trained in Immunofluorescence (Germany), Molecular Diagnostics for HLA (Madurai), and Executive Education (ISB Hyderabad).
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Monika led the rapid setup of RT-PCR testing, including NABL audit and compliance. Skilled in operations, quality assurance, process improvement, and business development, Dr. Monika has successfully managed regional, hospital-based, and reference laboratories.
