CHANGES TO A SUBSIDIARY
Mewah International Inc. (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that a dormant wholly owned subsidiary, MOI International Inc. ("MOIII") has been placed under member voluntary liquidation.
MOIII is being wound up as it is no longer active in carrying out its business activity.
The liquidation of the above-named subsidiary is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets or earnings per share of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2021.
