BUD LIGHT BEER GARDEN: COLLEGE FOOTBALL KICKOFF

· The MGM Resorts Bud Light Beer Garden in Las Vegas is ready to makes its college football season debut Thursday, Sept. 2.

· The outdoor venue will be open for fans before UNLV's game against Eastern Washington at Allegiant Stadium. The venue will again welcome guests on Saturday, Sept. 4 for the Las Vegas Kickoff Classic between BYU and Arizona.

· Mandalay Bay and Luxor host the Bud Light Beer Garden at the corner of Las Vegas Blvd. and Hacienda Ave. in conjunction with all Las Vegas Raiders and UNLV home games, as well as select sports and entertainment events at Allegiant Stadium.#

· Dan Quinn, VP Entertainment, MGM Resorts: "The Bud Light Beer Garden is the ultimate Las Vegas tailgate. Everything that you would experience at a normal tailgate, you'll experience here. World-class food and beverage, great audio, the games on TV and games to play, but it's Vegas. We'll amplify everything with the same energy that we do with the Las Vegas Strip."

MGM SPRINGFIELD OPENS NEW LUXURY SPORTS LOUNGES

· MGM Springfield in Western Massachusetts celebrated its third anniversary this past week with the opening of two luxury sports lounges.

· The MGM Springfield Sports Lounge features a 45-foot, state-of-the-art HD viewing wall, along with more than 70 individual lounge seats. The venue is designed to incorporate sports betting via the BetMGM platform, if Massachusetts lawmakers pass future legislation.

· MGM Springfield also unveiled a new VIP Sports Lounge within TAP Sports Bar. This second viewing destination offers a more intimate experience with an HD-TV wall, couches and a special culinary menu crafted by TAP chefs.#

OHIO SIRE STAKES CHAMPIONSHIP RACES COMING TO MGM NORTHFIELD PARK

· MGM Northfield Park in Northeast Ohio will host the $2.4 million dollar Ohio Super Night featuring the Ohio Sire Stakes Championship races on Sunday, Sept. 5. 

· The state's top two-year-old and three-year-old trotters and pacers will battle it out over eight races -- each with a $300,000 purse.  

· The marquee horse on the card is Charlie May, winner of the prestigious Carl Milstein Memorial, which was held at MGM Northfield Park back on August 14.#

MGM RESORTS CONTINUES TO RECRUIT & HIRE NEW EMPLOYEES

· MGM Resorts continues to recruit and hire new employees across the country.

· MGM Springfield in Western Massachusetts is holding a hiring event on Tuesday, Aug. 31 from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. in the ARIA Ballroom. Available positions include various Food & Beverage roles, Cage Cashiers, Count Team members, and Casino Porters.# 

· On Wednesday, Sept. 1, the company is holding the Las Vegas Hiring Blitz at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. The football-themed event runs from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. in the Islanders Ballroom. Hiring managers will be interviewing for Starbucks Baristas, Cooks, Guest Room Attendants, Lobby and Casino Porters, Casino Cage Cashiers, Table Game Dealers, Lifeguards, Security Officers, Valet Parking Attendants, and Front Desk Agents.#

· Interested candidates can apply in advance and sign up for interviews via the MGM Resorts hiring events page. That page is updated frequently - and can be found at careers.mgmresorts.com.#

· Randy Goldberg, VP Talent Acquisition, MGM Resorts:"This a large grouping of roles. This is going to be MGM Resorts-style. We have a football-themed event. It's going to be fun. It's a great opportunity to meet directly with our hiring managers and interview with them, with a goal of leaving the event with an actual offer in your hands. This is a great way to get exposure to a lot of different roles within the company, at all of our properties, and to get hired really quickly at MGM Resorts."

BETMGM ARIZONA PRE-REGISTRATION

· Pre-registration began over the weekend for the BetMGM app in Arizona. 

· This means that customers based in Arizona are now able to download the app and sign-up for a BetMGM account. 

· This lays the foundation for the launch of BetMGM's digital sports betting and casino offerings in Arizona - which pending regulatory approvals, will be available in the coming weeks. 

· BetMGM is teaming up with the Arizona Cardinals and Gila River Hotels & Casinos. Through these partnerships, BetMGM will bring its retail and online sports betting platforms to Arizona, once the state launches legalized sports betting. The company plans to open BetMGM retail sportsbooks at the three Arizona Gila River properties and at State Farm Stadium, home of the Cardinals.#
