UKG WORKS CONVENES WITH CONFIDENCE AT ARIA

· November is proving to be a busy month for meetings at MGM Resorts properties in Las Vegas.

· Gatherings continue -- all in line with current health and safety guidelines set forth by the state of Nevada.

· This past week, ARIA Resort & Casino hosted over 1,200 business professionals for the UKG Works conference.

· UKG Works is an industry trade show that brings together tech experts and workforce visionaries from around the world.

· Organizers opted to use MGM Resorts' Convene with Confidence's optional multi-layered screening process to enhance health and safety protocols for the event.

· This included use of CLEAR Health Pass, along with on-site testing and vaccine verification.#

MGM RESORTS CONTINUES TO RECRUIT & HIRE NEW EMPLOYEES

· MGM Resorts continues to recruit and hire new employees across the country.

· ARIA Resort and Casino is looking to hire around 100 guest room attendants.

· A hiring event is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 30, from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. at the MGM Resorts Career Center, located at 840 Grier Drive.

· Interested candidates can apply and sign up for interviews in advance via the MGM Resorts hiring events page. The event page is updated frequently - and can be found at careers.mgmresorts.com.#

HOLIDAY SEASON ARRIVES AT ARIA RESORT & CASINO

· The holiday season has arrived on the Las Vegas Strip, with ARIA Resort & Casino unveiling its annual winter lobby display.

· This year's display features a six-foot tall gingerbread man; a donut tower; sugar-filled candy canes, an overflowing cup of hot cocoa, ice cream cones, snowflakes and more.

· The ARIA pastry team spent several weeks designing and hand-crafting this winter wonderland - using over 150 pounds of fondant, 600 pounds of sugar and 550 pounds of chocolate.

· This edible exhibit is on display at ARIA throughout the holiday season.#

BRAD GARRETT'S COMEDY CLUB DEBUTS NEW VENUE AT MGM GRAND NOV. 27

· Thanksgiving weekend in Las Vegas will see Brad Garrett's Comedy Club open its new 210-seat venue inside the District at MGM Grand.

· Opening night is Saturday, Nov. 27.

· A lounge will sit adjacent to the comedy club with complimentary admission for ticket holders and property guests.

· MGM Resorts' partnership with Brad Garrett began in 2012, when the Emmy Award-winning actor and comedian first opened his club in MGM Grand's Underground.#

GOLD STRIKE & MGM SPRINGFIELD SPREAD HOLIDAY CHEER

· MGM Resorts' Gold Strike Casino Resort in Tunica, Mississippi is helping its community by providing Thanksgiving meals to those in need.

· Gold Strike donated $15,000 to Sacred Heart for the purchase of turkeys and other holiday dinner items.

· The Tunica 10 Point Coalition also received a check from Gold Strike for $5,000 to help serve Thanksgiving meals to senior citizens in Tunica County. Tunica County is an area where 20 percent of the population faces food insecurity.#

· MGM Springfield in Western Massachusetts is teaming up with The New England Patriots Foundation to bring some happiness to the lives of pediatric patients this holiday season.

· MGM Springfield and the Patriots Foundation recently presented Baystate Children's Hospital with a $10,000 donation.

· Baystate Children's Ambassador Hattie Avigliano and her family were on hand to accept the check.

· This is all part of Focused on What Matters - MGM Resorts wider commitment to social impact, sustainability, and community engagement.#

· Chris Kelley, President, Northeast Group, MGM Resorts:"This was a wonderful moment for our team at MGM Springfield, celebrating with Hattie, her family, and the team at Baystate. It just goes to show what great partners and great companies can do when they come together. Extraordinary things happen. On top of that, the Patriots delivered an amazing win. It was just a fantastic day and we're truly proud to be a part of it."

BETMGM SCORES WITH THANKSGIVING WEEK FOOTBALL

· Thanksgiving week brings what is traditionally one of the most active pro and college football betting weeks of the year for MGM Resorts' BetMGM Sportsbooks in Las Vegas.

· The same can be said for the BetMGM Sportsbooks at the Borgata in New Jersey, at Beau Rivage and Gold Strike in Mississippi, and at MGM Grand Detroit.

· The BetMGM mobile app is expected to see plenty of action as well.#

· Jeff Stoneback, Director of Trading, MGM Resorts:"At BetMGM, we're ready for Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is always centered around football. We're in 16 markets right now and very excited about it. We have 3 big NFL games on Thanksgiving Day with the Bears and Lions, Raiders and Cowboys, Bills at the Saints. Friday and Saturday, we follow with some big college football games, rivalry matchups with Michigan and Ohio State, Alabama and Auburn. Those are just two of them. It's going to be a big football weekend and we're ready to go. It's going to be a lot of fun."
