Mid Penn Bank Hires Justin Manning as Regional President in Lancaster

Mid Penn Bank (the "Bank"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. ("Mid Penn") (NASDAQ: MPB), announces the appointment of Justin Manning as senior vice president and regional president of its Lancaster region, effective May 23, 2022. In his role, he will report to Executive Vice President and Central Pennsylvania Market President Heather Hall. Justin will be instrumental in the delivery of the Bank's commercial, treasury, insurance, and wealth services to the Lancaster region.

We have tremendous enthusiasm and momentum building in Lancaster, and Justin will play a key role in taking us to the next level in the region," said Heather Hall.
Most recently, Mr. Manning was senior vice president of commercial banking at S&T Bank, after having spent much of his banking career with PNC Bank. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and earned the Certified Treasury Professional designation. He serves on the Board of Directors and is the Treasurer of Humane Pennsylvania and is an Executive Leadership Team member of Lancaster City Alliance.
