Midsona AB publ announced earnings results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2019. For the fourth quarter, the company announced sales was SEK 825 million compared to SEK 755 million a year ago. Net income was SEK 35 million compared to SEK 33 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was SEK 0.64 compared to SEK 0.71 a year ago.
For the full year, sales was SEK 3,081 million compared to SEK 2,852 million a year ago. Net income was SEK 97 million compared to SEK 129 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was SEK 2.02 compared to SEK 2.8 a year ago.
Midsona AB, formerly Midelfart Sonesson AB is a Sweden-based company engaged in the development, manufacture and marketing of consumer healthcare products in the Nordic region. Its products are divided into three product areas: Healthfoods, Hygiene, Personal Care. The Company consists of three geographical areas, namely Sweden, Norway and Finland. The business areas in Sweden, Norway and Finland market and sell nutritional supplements, herbal remedies, health foods, skin care and beauty products to grocery stores, pharmacies and health stores in respective geographic markets.
