HAKI Safety AB is the new name of Midway Holding Aktiebolag.

The Extraordinary General Meeting resolved on December 12, 2023, to change the name of the company and it is now registered at the Swedish Companies Registration Office. The company's ticker (short name) on Nasdaq Stockholm will be traded under the names HAKI A and HAKI B starting tomorrow, Wednesday, December 20, 2023.

The name change aims to clarify the company's strategy change, from a conglomerate to today's industrial group, focusing on safety products and solutions that create safe working conditions at temporary workplaces.
