RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - 9 NOVEMBER 2011
We advise that the following resolutions were passed at the Annual General Meeting of Mincor Resources
NL on Wednesday, 9 November 2011.

RESOLUTION 1 - Remuneration Report

"That pursuant to and in accordance with section 250R (2) of the Corporations Act, the Remuneration

Report as contained within the Directors Report be adopted."

Proxy Votes which were directed to be voted at the proxy holder's discretion numbered 203,488. Proxy Votes which were directed to be voted in favour of this Resolution numbered 41,345,577. Proxy Votes which were directed to abstain in relation to this Resolution numbered 2,949,441. Proxy Votes which were directed to be voted against this Resolution numbered 11,459,538.
In light of the recent amendments to the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), which are summarised in the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 23 September 2011, the Chairman decided that the resolution should be determined by way of a poll.
The resolution was carried as an ordinary resolution on a poll. There were 43,238,360 votes cast in favour of the resolution, 11,650,478 votes cast against the resolution, and 2,428,489 votes abstaining.

RESOLUTION 2 - Re-election of Mr John William Gardner as a Director of the Company

"That Mr John William Gardner, being a Director, retiring by rotation in accordance with Rule 15.2 of the

Company's Constitution and, being eligible, offers himself for re-election, be re-elected as a Director."

Proxy Votes which were directed to be voted at the proxy holders discretion numbered 1,545,194. Proxy Votes which were directed to be voted in favour of this Resolution numbered 50,978,135. Proxy Votes which were directed to abstain in relation to this Resolution numbered 1,319,175. Proxy Votes which were directed to be voted against this Resolution numbered 2,115,540.
The resolution was passed without resort to a poll.

Mincor Resources NL is an Australia-based producer of nickel sulphides for the green-energy battery sector. The Company is engaged in the exploration, evaluation, development and production of mineral deposits, through its subsidiaries. The Company's segments include Kambalda Nickel Operations (KNO) and Exploration. The KNO segment comprises Northern Operations (Durkin North and Long North mines) and the Cassini mine located in the Kambalda district, Western Australia. The Exploration segment consists of its exploration and evaluation prospects in Australia, including sites on care and maintenance. Its Cassini deposit is situated in the Southern Goldfields region of Western Australia (WA), approximately 60 kilometers (km) south of the Kambalda township. The Company's Widgiemooltha Gold Project (WGP) is located within the Widgiemooltha Dome, surrounded by various gold camps, including St Ives, Higginsville, Chalice, and Wattle Dam.
