("Minerva" or "Company"), the South America's leading beef exporter, in compliance with CVM Instruction 358/2002, CVM Instruction 480/2009 and in compliance with Circular Letter 7/2020-CVM/SEP, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that on March 10, 2021, at 06:00 p.m. (BR),

Mr. Edison Ticle, the Company's Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer, and Mr.

Danilo Cabrera, Head of Investor Relations will participate in a "LIVE" promoted by Bastter Webcast. The event will be broadcast through the Bastter Webcast channel on YouTube(https://youtube.com/user/Bastter).

On March 12, 2021, at 11:00 a.m (BR), Mr. Edison Ticle and Mr. Fernando Queiroz, the company's CEO, will participate in a "LIVE" promoted by Valor Economico.
