NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Minerva S.A. ("Minerva" or "Company"), the South American leader in beef exports, informs its shareholders and the market in general that, on this date, occurred the first meeting of Minerva Foods's Sustainability and Innovation Advisory Board, that was recently created.

The Sustainability and Innovation Council is a collegiate advisory body, non- statutory, that is linked to the Company's executive board, and is responsible for monitoring and discussing practices related to socio-environmentalsustainability, corporate governance and innovation, in order to provide greater transparency, efficiency and assertiveness to Minerva Foods initiatives.

This board will meet at least once a month and will consist of 5 members of Minerva Foods' executive board, including CEO and CFO, plus 2 independent members: Marcos Sawaya Jank and Luiz Fernando do Amaral, and as a guest Alexandre Mendonça de Barros, specialists with recognized professional and academic experience in the agribusiness and sustainability chains.

Creating this Council is another initiative from Minerva Foods that reinforces its commitment to sustainability and also in supporting its recently created Innovation area.

The Company restates its commitment to keeping shareholders and the market in general up to date with the developments of this and any other topic of their interest.
