MINERVA S.A. Notice to the Market
Minerva S.A. ("Minerva Foods" or "Company"), leading company in South America in the beef exports, discloses to its shareholders and market in general that, as of the date hereof, the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply (Ministério da Agricultura, Pecuária e Abastecimento - "MAPA"), through its Department of Inspection of Animal Origin Products, had notified the resume, without restriction, of Brazilian beef exports to China.
The resumption of slaughter and beef production operations, dedicated to the Chinese market, begins immediately.
Considering our strategically diversified plants in South America, our exposure to the Chinese market reaches 7 production units with a slaughter capacity of approximately 10,000 head of cattle/day, with 3 plants in Brazil, 3 plants in Uruguay and 1 plant in Argentine.
