MINISO Group Holding Limited (NYSE:MNSO) entered into an agreement to acquire remaining 80% stake in YGF Investment V Limited from YGF MC LIMITED for approximately CNY 700 million on September 26, 2021. The transaction has been approved by the audit committee and the board of Directors of the Company. Closing of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is estimated to take place in the second quarter of the Company's 2022 fiscal year.
