The transaction included participation from other investors HEROZ, Inc., TRADE WORKS Co., Ltd , MINKABU THE INFONOID, Inc. The company issued common shares through third-party allocation.
MINKABU THE INFONOID,Inc. is a Japan-based company engaged in media business and solutions business. The Company operates in two business segments. The Media business segment includes revenue from information media for investors such as https://minkabu.jp/, https://kabutan.jp/ (Kabutan) and the like obtained from The Company and the services that The Company plays a part of the site management through business alliance, and part Record billing revenue from paid services offered at the site. In the solution business segment, the Company provides information-based FinTech solutions that processed content generated using artificial intelligence (AI) for investor information media managed by The Company and cloud input data collected on the site.
