Invesco Real Estate Limited agreed to acquire Tivoli Avenida Liberdade Lisboa, Tivoli Oriente Lisboa and AVANI Avenida Liberdade Lisbon from Minor International Public Company Limited (SET:MINT) for €313 million on June 27, 2019. The companies were acquired by funds, managed by Invesco Real Estate Limited. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions. The transaction is expected to be completed during the third quarter. Francisco Lino Dias of PLMJ Advogados, SP, RL acted as a legal advisor to Minor International Public Company Limited (SET:MINT) and NH Hotel Group, subsidiary of Minor group. JLL acted as a real estate advisor to Invesco Real Estate Limited.
