Minera Latinoamericana S.A.C. announced that it expects to receive $5 million in funding from Minsur S.A.

Minera Latinoamericana S.A.C. announced that it will receive $5 million in an equity round of funding from returning investor Minsur S.A. (BVL:MINSURI1) on August 11, 2015. The transaction is expected to close within 90 days. The board of directors of the investor approved the transaction.
