～ Monthly orders received for July in the fiscal year ending March 31, 2023 ～

We would like to inform you of the monthly order results for July in the fiscal year ending March 2023.

From July, we are reviewing as follows.

• The target companies are nine major companies (MIRAIT ONE Corporation, TTK Co., Ltd., Solcom Co., Ltd., Shikokutsuken Co., Ltd., Lantrovision (S) Ltd., Seibu Construction Co., Ltd., MIRAIT ONE SYSTEMS Corporation, Nissetsu Co., Ltd., MIRAIT-X Corporation), It is the sum of each company's individual order amount (however, "Lantrovision (S) Ltd." is the consolidated order amount) (= simple total of 9 companies).

• The figures for MIRAIT ONE Corporation up to June of the current year are simply the sum of figures for MIRAIT Corporation and MIRAIT Technologies Corporation.

• Orders recieved of Lantrovison(S)Ltd : Translated into JPY at the average exchange rate for the period.

• Seibu Construction Co., Ltd. has been recorded mainly in the environmental social innovation business since April this year.

• MIRAIT ONE SYSTEMS Corporation has been recorded mainly in the ICT solutions business since July this year. For the previous term and the first quarter of the current term, figures for its predecessor company, MIRAIT Information Systems Co., Ltd., are recorded.

• I filled in the order of Enterprise/environmental and social foundation domain and Communication foundation domain.

• Newly added a comment column about the order status of the current month. Months with special notes will be noted.

• The monthly figures for June, September, December, and March are published concurrently with the release of quarterly financial statements.

• From this fiscal year, we have changed the business classification, and the figures for the previous fiscal year are calculated based on the new business categories.

Current month order status

① In the Environmental and Social innovation business, there was a reactionary decline in large-scale electrical work in the same month of the previous year, However, with the addition of Seibu Construction Co., Ltd. Civil engineering / Architecture, increased compared to the same month of the previous term.

②In the ICT solutions business, Decrease in recoil from large-scale LAN construction / Good Sales orders received in the same month of the previous fiscal year.

④In the Multi-carrier business, mobile carrier / CATV / Broadcasting waves decreased compared to the same month of the previous fiscal year.

• The upper figure is the value of orders received in the month in question and the lower figure is the cumulative total for the fiscal years.
• The listed order amount is the simple total of the 9 companies (see the cover page) and is not our consolidated order record.

※１：In the NTT business in April of the previous term, the figures for the advanced Advanced wireless environment business that were delayed from the previous fiscal year have been recorded.

※２：In the Environmental and Social innovation in March of the previous term,the amount of construction carried forward by Seibu Construction Co., Ltd. is recorded.
