MISC Berhad Approves Third Tax Exempt Dividend in Respect of Financial Year 2022, Payable on 14 December 2022

The Board of Directors of MISC Berhad has approved a third tax exempt dividend of 7.0 sen per share in respect of financial year 2022 amounting to MYR 312.5 million. The proposed dividend will be paid on 14 December 2022 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 2 December 2022. Ex-Date is 01 December 2022.
