Misho Ecology & Landscape Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300495) signed a share acquisition framework agreement to acquire Mobile CPX Technology Limited from Ningbo Mobile CPX Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Ganzhou Mobile CPX Business Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) and Ganzhou Junzilan Investment Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) on June 10, 2018. Under the terms of transaction, Misho Ecology & Landscape Co.,Ltd. will acquire 53.4% stake from Ningbo Mobile CPX Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), 28.6% stake from Ganzhou Mobile CPX Business Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) and 18% stake from Ganzhou Junzilan Investment Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership). For the year ended December 31, 2017, Mobile CPX Technology Limited had revenue of CNY 185.3 million and net profit of CNY 34.6 million.
