Wuxi Culture And Tourism Development Co., Ltd., Wuxi Shanshuicheng Technology Development Co., Ltd., Ganzhou Yuanhe Investment Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) and Shenzhen Qianhai Kunming Hongyuan Venture Capital Partnership Enterprise signed sahare transafer agreement to acquire 16.5% stake in Jiangsu Fountain of Green Ecological Construction Co., Ltd. from Misho Ecology & Landscape Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300495) on March 23, 2020. Post transaction, Misho Ecology & Landscape Co.,Ltd. still holds 83.4656% stake in Jiangsu Fountain of Green Ecological Construction Co., Ltd. Wuxi Culture And Tourism Development Co., Ltd., Wuxi Shanshuicheng Technology Development Co., Ltd., Ganzhou Yuanhe Investment Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) and Shenzhen Qianhai Kunming Hongyuan Venture Capital Partnership Enterprise acquired 5.3%, 5.3%, 3% and 3% stakes respectively.

Misho Ecology & Landscape Co.,Ltd., formerly Jiangsu Misho Ecology & Landscape Co., Ltd., is a China-based company principally engaged in ecological landscape construction. The Company mainly operates through Ecological Restoration and Reconstruction segment and Garden Landscape segment.
