MISUMI USA, Inc., a subsidiary of MISUMI Corporation, part of MISUMI Group, Inc. (Tokyo: 9962), will conduct live demonstrations of select models in its line of Miniature Conveyors at Booth #939, ATX Canada, June 21-23.

MISUMI product managers and engineers will be on hand to show the motorized Mini Conveyors in action and answer questions about how these mini-machines, with their precise short-run conveying capabilities, are used in machine building and automated testing and inspection.

Two new models have been added to the line over the past year. One is a Flat Belt Single Track Mini Conveyor (70mm), featuring a built-in motor drive. The unit's compact size and low profile make it ideal for use in tight spaces. The other is a Dual Track Mini Conveyor (57mm), an end shaft driven version featuring a rugged carbon steel sprocket and tough engineering plastic chain for ease of maintenance.

Key features of MISUMI's single and dual track Mini Conveyors include:

  • Precisely configurable length in 5 mm increments, and width configurable in 10mm increments
  • Choice of motor type (fixed or variable speed) and motor location
  • A full line of easy to attach conveyor accessories, such as timing belts and support stands
