Mithril Resources Limited

Mithril Resources Ltd is an Australia-based precious metals exploration company. The Company is focused on discovery, acquisition and production of gold and silver in Mexico’s Sierra Madre Gold Silver Trend. Its projects include Copalquin Mining District and Australian projects. The Copalquin mining district is located in Durango State, Mexico and covers an entire mining district of 70 square kilometers (km2) containing several dozen historic gold and silver mines and workings, ten of which had notable production. The district is within the Sierra Madre Gold Silver Trend, which extends north-south along the western side of Mexico and hosts many world-class gold and silver deposits. The Australian projects include Billy Hills Zinc (Billy Hills), Kurnalpi Project (Kurnalpi), Lignum Dam Project (Lignum), Limestone Well Project (Limestone). The Billy Hills consists of three exploration licenses covering a project area of approximately 400 square kilometers.
