On March 30, SEPCOIII's overseas market development reported good news again. The EPC contract of TULU MOYE I 50MW Geothermal Project was successfully signed between TMGO and consortium of SEPCOIII and Mitsubishi Corporation, and officially entered the geothermal power plant market in the African continent.

The signing ceremony was held in Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia. Board members of TMGO from Meridiam and Reykjavik Geothermal, SEPCOIII and Mitsubishi Corporation's related people joint attended and completed the signing.

The project is the first project of SEPCOIII in Ethiopia. It is located in Adama City, Oromia Province, Ethiopia, in the middle of Lake Ziwai and Lake Koka. The construction scale is 150 MW and is carried out in two phases. The total construction period of the project is 29 months. It is planned to enter commercial operation in October 2024. After the project is completed and put into operation, it will further optimize the power supply pattern of Ethiopia and make continuous contributions to promoting local development.
