Mitsubishi Motors Corporation ('MMC') announces the following change (resignation) of its

Representative Executive Officer and Member of the Board:

1.	Name and title of Representative Executive Officer to be changed (to resign)

Name: Osamu Masuko

Title: Chairman of the Board and Representative Executive Officer

2.	Reason for the change (resignation)

MMC was notified by Osamu Masuko, Chairman of the Board and Representative Executive

Officer, of his intention to resign as a Member of the Board and Representative Executive Officer

due to health reasons, and accepted his resignation.

3.	Effective date of change (resignation)

August 7, 2020

4.	Other

(1)	After his resignation as a Member of the Board, the number of the Board Members

required by law and the Articles of Incorporation is still satisfied.

(2)	Effective today, Takao Kato, Member of the Board and Representative Executive Officer,

CEO of MMC, temporarily covers the duties of the Chairman of the Board.

(3)	Mr. Osamu Masuko is appointed Special Advisor effective today.
