Tokyo, February 25 2021 - MITSUBISHI MOTORS CORPORATION (MMC) announces that the company's Board of Directors' meeting held today resolved nomination of the candidate for Chairman of the Board to be proposed at the Board of Directors meeting to be held after the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (hereafter, the General Meeting) scheduled in June 2021.

Mitsubishi Motors Corporation is one of the Japanese leaders of automotive construction. Net sales by activity break down as follows:
