MK Restaurant Group Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to inform that Mrs. Yupin Thirakomen, a major shareholder of the Company has transferred 164,087,977 shares in the name of "Mrs. Yupin Thirakomen on behalf of the estate of Mr. Somnuk Hanjitkasem" to three statutory heirs namely Mrs. Aumporn Hanjitkasem, Mr. Varakorn Hanjitkasem and Ms. Varaporn Hanjitkasem according to the statutory heirs' minute of meeting.

After transferred the shares under the name of Mrs. Yupin Thirakomen on behalf of the estate of Mr. Somnuk Hanjitkasem, the shareholding structure is as follows:

The Company would like to clarify that the change of the shareholder structure does not affect the Company's business and there is no any change of the Company's core business.
