Ebtikar for Financial Investment S.A.E announced that it expects to receive EGP 60 million in funding from MM Group for Industry and International Trade S.A.E.

Ebtikar for Financial Investment S.A.E announced that it will receive EGP 60 million in an equity round of funding on July 16, 2019. The transaction will include participation from existing investor MM Group for Industry and International Trade S.A.E. (CASE:MTIE). Post the closing of the transaction, the capital of the company will increase from EGP 250 million to EGP 310 million. The transaction has been approved by the investors board of directors.
