Mobiis Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A250060) agreed to acquire 14.4% stake in Hunesion Co.,Ltd from Dongsub Jung and Younghwan Kim for KRW 2 billion on November 27, 2017. Under the terms of transaction, Mobiis Co., Ltd. will acquire 0.01 million shares from Dongsub Jung, 0.01 million shares from Younghwan Kim and 0.01 million new shares of Hunesion Co.,Ltd; for a total consideration of KRW 2 billion that will be paid on November 27, 2017. The transaction will be funded from retained cash of Mobiis Co., Ltd. For the year ended December 31, 2016, Hunesion Co.,Ltd reported total assets of KRW 4.9 billion, net assets of KRW 1.7 billion, revenue of KRW 7.8 billion and net profit of KRW 416.0 million. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Mobiis Co., Ltd. Jinil Accounting Corporation acted as external rating institution in the transaction.
