Charles Robel Not to Stand for Re-Election as Director of Model N

Model N, Inc. announced Director Charles Robel is not standing for re-election at the annual meeting, and therefore, effective as of the end of Mr. Robel's term at the annual meeting, Board of Directors will consist of six members.
