(Stock Code: 3600) ANNOUNCEMENT OF INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2017, INTERIM DIVIDEND AND CLOSURE OF REGISTER OF MEMBERS RESULTS HIGHLIGHTS

The Group's revenue in the six months ended 30 June 2017 was approximately HK$1,082,185,000, representing an increase of approximately HK$307,745,000 or 39.7% as compared with that of the six months ended 30 June 2016.

Gross profit for the six months ended 30 June 2017 was approximately HK$535,555,000, representing an increase of approximately HK$107,797,000 or 25.2% as compared with that of the six months ended 30 June 2016. The gross profit margin was approximately 49.5%.

Profit for the six months ended 30 June 2017 was approximately HK$85,518,000, representing an increase of HK$14,384,000 or 20.2% as compared with that of the six months ended 30 June 2016.

The Group's Adjusted EBITDA for the six months ended 30 June 2017 was approximately HK$173,674,000 (six months ended 30 June 2016: HK$166,290,000).

Basic earnings per share for the six months ended 30 June 2017 amounted to HK8.50 cents (six months ended 30 June 2016: HK7.10 cents).

The Board declared an interim dividend of HK2.5 cents per share for the six months ended 30 June 2017 (six months ended 30 June 2016: HK2.1 cents). The interim dividend will be payable on Friday, 6 October 2017 to shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the register of members of the Company on Wednesday, 13 September 2017.
