Modern Land (China) Co., Limited reported un-audited group operating statistics for the month and quarter ended 31 March 2022. In March 2022, contracted sales of the Group amounted to approximately RMB 474.59 million, of which, contracted sales of properties amounted to approximately RMB 450.54 million, whereas contracted sales of car parking spaces amounted to approximately RMB 24.05 million. GFA sold for properties was approximately 66,150 sq.m., with an average selling price of approximately RMB 6,811 per sq.m.

For the three months ended 31 March 2022, contracted sales of the Group amounted to approximately RMB 1,568.02 million, of which, contracted sales of properties amounted to approximately RMB 1,363.13 million, whereas contracted sales of car parking spaces amounted to approximately RMB204.89 million. Gross floor area ("GFA") sold for properties was approximately 179,527 square metres ("sq.m."), with an average selling price of approximately RMB 7,593 per sq.m.
