Modern Land (China) Co., Limited reported unaudited sales results for the month and four months ended 30 April 2021. In April 2021, contracted sales of the Group amounted to approximately RMB 3,634.03 million, of which, contracted sales of properties amounted to approximately RMB 3,599.88 million, whereas contracted sales of car parking spaces amounted to approximately RMB 34.15 million. GFA sold for properties was approximately 361,635 sq.m., with an average selling price of approximately RMB 9,954 per sq.m. For the four months ended 30 April 2021, contracted sales of the Group amounted to approximately RMB 12,882.55 million, of which, contracted sales of properties amounted to approximately RMB 12,787.24 million, whereas contracted sales of car parking spaces amounted to approximately RMB 95.31 million. Gross floor area ("GFA") sold for properties was approximately 1,277,895 square metres, with an average selling price of approximately RMB 10,006 per sq.m.
