Issue of Equity for Option Exercise under 2016 Company Share Option Plan

Draper Esprit PLC (AIM: GROW, ESM: GRW), a leading venture capital firm involved in the creation, funding and development of high-growth digital technology businesses, announces that on 7 February 2020 the Company allotted 36,549 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the 'Ordinary Shares') pursuant to the exercise of share options by an employee and former employee under the 2016 Share Option Plan (CSOP).

Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and Euronext Growth and it is expected that admission will take place on 13 February 2020. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Company will increase to 118,121,312 ordinary shares.
