SAN MATEO, Calif. (AP) _ Momentive Global Inc. (MNTV) on Wednesday reported a loss of $37.4 million in its first quarter.

On a per-share basis, the San Mateo, California-based company said it had a loss of 25 cents. Earnings, adjusted for stock option expense and costs related to mergers and acquisitions, came to less than 1 cent on a per-share basis.

The company posted revenue of $117 million in the period.

For the current quarter ending in July, Momentive said it expects revenue in the range of $120 million to $122 million.

The company expects full-year revenue in the range of $494 million to $500 million.
