SurveyMonkey has announced the promotions of two executives: Sabrina Leblanc is senior vice president, customer success; and Tom Murdock is senior vice president, global sales. With these new appointments, the company continues to demonstrate its commitment to gender equality at both the C-suite and vice president levels?an exceptional milestone in the technology sector that highlights the company's enduring dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Leblanc joins a bench of women leaders at SurveyMonkey that includes Becky Cantieri, CPO; Robin Ducot, CTO; Katie Miserany, SVP chief communications officer and chief of staff; and Michelle Leung, senior vice president, general counsel, and secretary.

Sabrina joined SurveyMonkey in 2014. She oversees the global customer success and professional services teams responsible for the post-sales customer experience from product deployment and adoption through renewal and expansion. She is also the executive sponsor for SurveyMonkey Canada?s Diversity, Inclusion, and Impact Group (DIIG) and site lead for the Ottawa office.

Prior to SurveyMonkey, Sabrina worked at the startup Fluidware and before that, in a finance role for Export Development Canada. She has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in finance from the University of Ottawa and has served five years on the Board of Directors of Desjardins, a cooperative financial group dedicated to community development. Tom joined SurveyMonkey in 2021.

He leads global sales organization and helps hundreds of thousands of organizations worldwide value feedback as a core, board-level business metric. Previously, Tom led global sales development and high-velocity sales at HubSpot. Before HubSpot, Tom led inside and field sales teams at fast-growing SaaS companies Acquia and Fuze.

Tom has a B.A. from Assumption University and an MPA from Northeastern University.
