Industrial company Momentum Group has acquired the Finnish company Heinolan Hydrauliikkapalvelu through its subsidiary (Hydjan), according to a press release. The financial details are confidential.

Heinolan is a specialist in hydraulic services and components for industrial customers in Finland. The business was founded in 1992, employs five people and has an annual turnover of about EUR 0.6 million, equivalent to about SEK 7 million.

Heinolan will become a subsidiary of Hydjan, which is part of the Specialist business unit in the Industry business area.

"The companies complement each other well, both geographically and in terms of product offering," says Tuomas Mäkinen, Country Manager Finland at Momentum Group.

The closing will take place immediately and the acquisition is expected to have a marginal positive impact on Momentum's earnings per share during the current financial year.
