Guangdong Monalisa Creative Design Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 90,005,888 from returning investor, Monalisa Group CO.,Ltd (SZSE:002918) on October 23, 2020. The transaction has been approved in the 28th meeting of the 2nd directorate of the investor and does not need the shareholders’ approval. Post to the transaction, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 10,000,000 to CNY 100,005,888.
Monalisa Group Co., Ltd. is a China-based company principally involved in the research, development, manufacture and sales of high-quality building ceramic products. The Company operates through two main segments. The Main Business segment is primarily involved in the production and sales of building ceramic products. The Companyâs main products include porcelain tiles, ceramic plates and thin bricks. The Other Business segment is mainly engaged in the lease of houses and sales of scraps.
