DALLAS (AP) _ MoneyGram International Inc. (MGI) on Friday reported second-quarter net income of $3.1 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.

On a per-share basis, the Dallas-based company said it had profit of 3 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 9 cents per share.

The money transfer company posted revenue of $329.6 million in the period.
