Monsanto : Named to Computerworld’s 2018 List of “100 Best Places to Work in IT”

Computerworld magazine has named Monsanto Company to its 2018 Best Places to Work in IT list, ranking the company No. 36 among large organizations. The annual recognition is given to organizations that challenge their IT staffs while providing great benefits and compensation.

Computerworld says Monsanto's place on this year's list is a result of the company's commitment to inclusion and diversity.

Computerworld's annual Best Places to Work in IT list is compiled by the magazine's editors and is based on survey results from 24,000 IT professionals at 100 companies. The final rankings are based on answers provided by the respondents in various categories such as benefits, career development, training and retention and work-life balance.
