HeadFirst Source Group N.V. completed the acquisition of Myler B.V. from H2 Equity Partners B.V. and other shareholders for €27 million.

HeadFirst Source Group N.V. (ENXTAM:HFS) agreed to acquire Myler B.V. from H2 Equity Partners B.V. and other shareholders on July 4, 2018. Following the acquisition, Myler will become a subsidiary of the HeadFirst Source Group. Myler reported turnover of €192 million in 2017. The transaction is subject to the agreement of the Authority for Consumers and Markets (GCM). The transaction is subject to approval of antitrust approval. The closing of the transaction is expected to take place by October 1, 2018 at the latest. HeadFirst Source Group N.V. Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets approved the transaction in August.
