Morguard Corporation (TSX:MRC) announces a share repurchase program. Under the normal course issuer bid, the company will repurchase up to 554,788 shares, representing 5% of its issued share capital. The repurchased shares will be cancelled.

The bid will expire on September 21, 2023. As at September 14, 2022, the company had 11,095,768 outstanding common shares.
