Mouwasat Medical Services Company (SASE:4002) signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding to acquire 100% of Al-Marasem international hospital on May 23, 2022. The two parties agreed to determine the value of the transaction to be in cash after the completion of the due diligence work. The owners of AL-MARASEM INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL will be in operation from date of its signing for three months.
As of November 24, 2022, Mouwasat Medical Services Company has decided to suspend MOU.
